underage gambling charge

hi i was charged with underage gambling atlantic city. i want to know if i hire a lawyer and plead not guilty but if the judge finds me guilty then are there chances that i may be giving a more severe punishment like being put behind bars instead of just a fine?

Gambling charges are a major focus area for my firm. You have the right idea to get an attorney. I think your question is, are you better to just plea guilty now or to plea not guilty but wind up being found guilty.

Well if you are going to plea guilty without any type of plea bargain, then your sentence should be the same. The Judge cannot give you an increased sentence just because you took it to trial.
