Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My vehicle was vandalized on my job, in the parking lot( that only individuals who work with me have access)the police were called but since noone was seen doing the vandalism they did an incident report. My question is..Is my employer responsible to pay for the damages, or do I have any legal recourse against anyone imparticular?
