vehicular homocide
If a 17 year old with a provisional NJ license is charged with vehicular homocide, (No drinking involved) does he get to keep his license until after his court verdict?

The United State Constitution provides that each of us is entitled to due process of law before the government can take something from us. I would say that he will keep his license until his hearing, at least.
