video surv. tape show teen commiting a crime

My family went to court yesterdayabout a vandalism charge . I thought that the crime was commited by the adult and the mother who live next door to me, the tape shows two teen girls and now I realized that it was her 18 year old daughter and a friend. The tape was admitted into evidence to prove it was not the mother. can the tape still be analized?

Well, you may have a civil suit here against the Mother for her underage kid's activities, or you may be able to press for the arrest of the girls after the charges against the Mother are dismissed.
