Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Video Tapping
My cousin and her ''ex'' are going through a custody battle over their daughter. When I visit my cousin and the baby her ''ex'' video tapes me coming and going from her house (he does not live there). Is he allowed to do this? Doesn't he need my consent to record me in public?

I don't see why he would need your consent.
