Violated Conditional Discharge

I Got caught with a pipe and received a conditional discharge. I got the letter for probation 2weeks after my court date to go in 2 weeks so i stopped smoking then. I went to my first meeting and she piss tested me. I failed whats going to happened when i go back to court.

All is not lost. You can tell the Court this. What may happen is that the Court may order a test that date.

Maybe you will pass at that time if you have really stopped using drugs.
