Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Violated Conditional Discharge..Consequence?
I am currently on a conditional discharge for possession of under 50 G of marijuana
from earlier in the year. Then recently I was then caught again and charged with the same thing except a second offense. What am I looking at as far as punishment?
