Please tell me what these violation code are and how much time I'm facing, thank you. 1) 39:4-50 2) 39:4-50.2 3) 39:4-97 4) 39:6B-2 Thank ytou for getting back to me soon I'm quite affraid I'll be going to jail.

Looks like you were pulled over DWI, and your refused. You also got a ticket for careless, which just establishes probable cause for the cop to pull you over. The other is for no insurance. Unless you have priors, you are not facing any jail time at all.

However, you are facing up to 3 years of license suspension; again, assuming this is your first offense. I strongly suggest getting an attorney right away to help you with this as there is only so much the prosecutor can do for you by way of plea bargain.

You are charged with dwi; refusing a breathalyzer or other test; no insurance on vehicle and there was an attempt to charge you with operating a vehicle while holding a cell phone, but the wrong statute was charged.

If you are a first offender there is no jail.
