violation of probation
I am on probation for distrubion of cocaine and herion i got 2 years probation i caught a new charge a year later for distrubion of cocaine and violation of my probation i also signed a plea agreement to get probation on my first charge what do u think will happen

You are facing a prison sentence on the charges on which you are on probation and a prison sentence on your new charges, if found guilty or you plead guilty to the new charges. If you committed the same offense as the charge for which you were on probation in violating probation, prison, upon conviction is likely. You might consider hiring an attorney. You are in a great deal of trouble.
