VOP warrant

If an outstanding balance still stands without knowledge of person what does judge do in this case?

If you immediately pay off the balance or at least a substantial part of the balance and take the receipt to court with you your chances of avoiding jail or much, much

better.

If you pay the balance or a SUBSTANTIAL part of same before you go to court your chances of avoiding jail improve greatly.

The judge would still lock you up as its hard to see how the person would not know of it.
