Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
i had a warrant issued in 2007 never arrested and live out of state. It is larceny which i whole heatedly deny. I have been in contact with police have had criminal background checks. all come back fine so does a warrant expire?

If there is a warrant you must deal with it and get it vacated. It simply will not just go away.

The warrant makes you a fugitive from justice. The warrant will exist until you surrender or are arrested on same. Call me if you like.
