Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
i have a warrant in new jersey and have been arrested a few times in philadelphia and new jersey has not extradited me. is there a time limit that they can keep the warrant active? will they eventually terminate the warrant or will it remain active forever. it is a bench warrant i believe for a probation violation.
