what is a warrant, and what can be done with it? What do you need for a search warrant?

An arrest warrant is an order to all New Jersey law officers to arrest the person named in the warrant. A search warrant is an order authorizing pollice officers to conduct a search of particular places and people. They are different kinds of warrants.
