If a warrant is issued in regards to someone stealing jewelry and a credit card who serves that warrant if the person lives in a different town?

Re: Warrants
A warrant is good anywhere in the state. Police departments often have warrant squads whose job is to look for people with warrants - like at their homes. I suggest you discuss this matter with a lawyer. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
Re: Warrants
A warrant is an order to all New Jersey law enforcement officers to a person if that person comes into an officer's presence. Any officer who stops the person's vehicle and becomes aware of the warrant must arrest that person. Also, the warrant is also brought to the attention of the person's local police department. The person's local police department are likely to go to the
person's house to arrest him or her.
