warrents

if i go to superior court for a pre arraignment hearing and have a warrent out for my arrest will i get areested when i am there or will that not show up on the first apperance

The other attorneys are right on. Why not just hire a lawyer and deal with this?

You have no way of knowing what will happen. Your warrant could be discovered at the last minute. Hire a lawyer and get rid of the warrant.

Essentially, your lawyer can arrange for things to go smoothly...

If you are using the public defender, you should call in advance.

I have been practicing in Southern NJ for 15+ years, and have always been able to work these things out in advance.
