I will like to no what his first plea bargain be?
I have a question my male friend is in jail for stautory rape and doemestic violence and I will like to no what might be his first plea bargain or how will he do?

No one can answer that. It depends upon the circumstances, priors, the prosecutor, your client's attitude, the local DA, the victims, publicity, etc.

There is no way to tell you what the plea bargain will be without knowing the facts of his case. He seems to be facing some very serious charges, unless the charges are not well founded. Your friend needs a lawyer YESTERDAY.
