Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I am currently working on a plea negotiation on my case for a conspiracy charge. The case really comes down to intent and I know I am 100% innocent. I would like to know if I can take a polygraph test and answer these questions regarding intent and whether it can be presented to the prosecutor for a better plea offer. Any ideas??

If you are 100% innocent then I could never advise you to take ANY plea bargain, and your current lawyer should say the same thing. If you are 100% innocent and want to take your case to trial to prove your innocense then contact me.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
