Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey
I have been accused of racial harrassment. The accusations are untrue however through an investigation through HR have had 2 individuals coroberate a story. I have been a stellar empployee for 11 years and hold a high postion in this company.
Can I be let go or have my record tarnished by this.
