Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey
Discrination, racism, nepatism & Hostile Working Enviroment
I am presently employeed by a company named Dragoco, located in Totowa NJ and I am experience the following at my workplace. Discrimination, Rasim, nepatism in Hiring and a Hostile working enviroment. I sent a letter to the company's Human Resources Department to advise them of my experiences and now I have been "targeted" by higher management. I sent a letter to the Labor board and have not recieved any response from them. I do not have the financial means to persue this matter further. But, I only wish to resolve it. I wish that someone could assit me in this manner. I am not truly seeking any financial gain from this, just that the company treat its emploees equaliy and that the prevent others from being verbally castrated and demorialized. Where can an individual go and seek help. Please assist or guide me. Otherwise I will simply have to seek other employment elsewhere and realize that individuals such as myself have no chance when it comes to these matters. And that companys like this one will continue to do business as usual with no fear of punishment. Why, aren't there laws to prevent this sort of treatment form happening in the United States. Or are we going back?
