Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

Do I have any legal recourse if I am being terminated from my job and a new employee half my age will be doing my job and she is also related to the owner.

What? OH, no, no, no. That is not right, no matter what else is going on, you can not be terminated just due to your age. I do not know if you have a lawsuit here, but you should have it looked at. Call me, I will get the process started for you.
