This is a VERY serious charge, even if the touching was consensual. You need an attorney to deal with this since you could be labelled a sex offender and see signficant jail time. You need to hire an attorney. Until you answer this question do not see her daughter. A bit of abstinence may help you avoid a prison sentence and she will be 16 years old shortly.

You are legally too old for your girlfriend.

Your girlfriend's parents can have you arrested if you have sexual intercourse with her.

You can be charged and convicted of statutory rape.

I would suggest that you wait until your girlfriend is 18 and then commence your relationship with her.
