Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

I have worked for a fragrance & flavor company for over32yrs, I am a black woman aged 59 I feel I have been singled out and am being pushed with an over load of work in hopes that I quit. Though I never been compensated for my contribution to the company I now feel seriously threatened as the recent head of my department seems to have it out for me. I also have an issue with air quality at the work place which is affecting my health for years. Is there a chance that I have a discrimination case? also is there a way to address both issues which are very different types of law? How do I proceed?
