Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
if i did the 48 hour idrc class for a 2nd dui offense and didnt do the assessment but called the place where i was scheduled to get the assessment done at and was told that they don't do them there and now i am scheduled to go to court for not doing it can i get an assessment done before the court date and get this straightened out

You can try but it is doubtful. Usually once IDRC violates you, all activity halts until you see the Judge.
If you can find a place to get the assessment done, do it. Otherwise, go to court and tell the judge your problem. There will likely be an alternative.
