If you are a first time drug offender you can received first offender treatment leading to the dismissal of the drug charges. As for the dui charge, you need to confer with an attorney after he has obtained the police reports, including the reasults of the breath test results.

The marijuana and the paraphernalia (bowl) are both violations of the New Jersey Criminal code and could result in a loss of your driver's license, jail time, heavy fines, and having a criminal record. The alcohol charge carries loss of yor driver's license and heavy fines.
