Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

alcotest cases after 3/17/08

How any one been back to court especially ones who with the new ''formula'' their breath readings are invalid. That happens to be the case in my case . I havent gotten a court notice since 11/07 and was wondering if these things are moving forward or is there an appeal to the US supreme court .
