has anyone been back to court for the stay sentencing dui cases?? How has the judge been handleing the .08 and .09 readings??? please provide me feed back on whats going on in court...

If you had an .08 or .09 reading you might considerr withdrawing your guilty plea, once the calculation has been done respecting the error factor in your testing using the machine.
