alcotest report

If the alcotest report sheet is not signed by the officer who performed the test can the alcotest results be dismissed.

I would have to say that this would not lead to an automatic dismissal of the case, although it is possible to file a motion to suppress the evidence based on these facts. You can also try and get that report suppressed at trial based on cross examination of the testing offidcer if your motion to suppress before trial is denied.
