Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

alcotest.. stay sentence rullings

Now that the 10,000 stay sentence pending cases have been ordered to go back to court, has there been anyone who has beat the case????? does anyone have feedback on how the cases are turning out?????? i blew .08 two times in may of 06, i go back to court on june 19, what should I expect?????

You could win your case, based on the calculation of the error tolerance of the machine on which you were tested.

You should consult with an attorney. You may be able to win the case if the judge agrees that there is a plus or minus .005 margin of error. The judge may require an expert report.
