Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Do I now need to answer "yes" to having ever been convicted of a crime, on a job application if I have had a DUI in California eleven years ago and New Jersey five years ago?

I don't know California law so I can't answer that half of your question. However, in New Jersey a DUI conviction is NOT a criminal conviction.
