I would like to know the possibility of a retrialing a past conviction. Especially, if the defendant had no representation. The case is over five years old. Thanks......

i have seen cases where the defendant - now with a lawyer - files a motion to have the case re-opened since he/she had earlier entered a guilty plea to a dui w/o counsel.
