going to cancun

im going to cancun this summer for a family vacation, can i still go if i have a court case pending?

If the Judge did not specifically tell you not to then it should be fine. Just make sure you're back for your appearances.

Unless there is a restriction on your bail you can go anywhere you like SO LONG AS YOU APPEAR IN COURT WHEN REQUIRED. It would be good to advise your attorney of your vacation plans.

Sure, why not? Its rare for a court to tell you not to leave the country, so as long as that didn't happen, have a good time.
