Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Charged with dui

I was pulled over two years ago on 2/11/06 for suppestion of driving under the influence. I got charged with the dui in july of 08' and i never had any priers before or after i got pulled over for two years before i got charged.I just started gitting my life back together and they took my lively hood from me, i'm a truck driver.The public defender i had didn't even try too fight. I'm supposed to get my licsense back next month after the fines, classes,the surcharge.My question is should there have been a time limit on my charges pending againt me for two years?

No. Once there has been a decision, it is binding permanently...and must be paid

I think that you are saying that you have two dui convictions. I do not understand what two years has to do with it all. Perhaps you would like to explain.
