Chun vs Me

Hey Guys....with the state trial being over...i blew .12..cop wrote the tickets at 2:54 am, drove me from Lavallete nj to the station, did all the paperwork called a Dover cop, had him come in and adminised the Alcotest 7110 at 3:38 AM.

Seems like, the Dover officer didnt watch me for 20 min...is this a defence guys.....

It seems that the 20 minute observaton period was not a part of the test procedure. Of course, dispatch records and the record of the test must be carefully analyzed.

Do you have an attorney? I would have to imagine you would have one by now as you seem to know what you are talking about. Why don't you listen to the advise that he or she is giving you? I'm just not sure what you are trying to accomplish here.

You also cannot look at a fact in a vacuum. Lets say we throw out the test, what about the SFST's? If you lose there, then what does the test matter? Are you going to file any motions?
