What happend and what does this mean? Is there appeal or do we lose our licenses?

State v. Chun found the Alcotest 7110 to be reliable

in testing people when used appropriately and properly maintained. There is an issue of whether

Alcotest tests done up to now are admissible or inadmissible depending upon the error factor existing in the machine when the test was done. There is a formula for determining the error factor

based upon information contained in the test results.
