Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
DUI in new jersey
I got pulled over this morning and issued a breathalozer. I took 2 tests. the first test was a .08 and the second was a .07. I was originaly told that I would not be issued a dui because i was under the limit. but i was issued the summons anyway before i left the station. I know in Jersey is mandatory 3 month loss of license. I did nor drive right from the bar I actualy slept for a few hours. when i woke up i felt fine. I was pulled over because the officer didnt like the way i changed lanes.

Based on what you write it appears that you have a good chance of beating this charge. The penalties are severe enough on a DWI conviction that if you have even the possibility of beating a case you should definitely try to do so. I am an attorney who has handled very many DWI cases throughout New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me about this. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Your readings permit a very strong defense to your dui charge; two readings of .08 are required. You can still be charged but the State's case against you as not very strong.

You should fight this! You have a great case here. However, you will still need to present a strong defense. I use experts in all of my cases. You also need an attorney that will look at more than just the reading. There are many ways to attack a DWI case.
