Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Dui

I am a NJ resident. While briefly living in FL I received a DUI violation. I am currently on probation (FL) but with the permission of my FL probation officer, I am back living in NJ. One of the conditions of my probation is attending DUI school. I was told I could enroll in a NJ school but need to submit a fee along with the reason for my attendance. I currently have a NJ drivers license. My question: Will NJ revoke my drivers license if I enroll in this DUI class because of the Florida DUI?

Re: Dui

You need to call a lawyer. More information is needed before your question can be answered. For instance, when you received the dwi, did you have a nj or fl license. Also, were you convicted of dwi or is you probation the result of a diversionary program. If it is, then nj cannot do anything to your license.
