Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Dui

A tough circumstance. Never any MV violations for nearly 40 years. I was found .25% BAC after having one drink at a local establishment. Prior, I was doing ''wood finishing'' on old antiques for my 1st time....breathing in ''denatured-alcohol'' in the process. I was totally unaware that the substance would slowly enter my body finally causing me to be registered at a .25% breathalyzer. Any opinions? Thanks.

Re: Dui

I strongly suggest you get an attorney that focuses solely on DWI. We handle DWI cases, but in this case, I would want to refer you to one. I know a good one in you area, just give me a call.

Re: Dui

That is a tough argument that will need an expert opinion at trial. It is doubtful a prosecutor will agree to dismiss the charge based on that defense. I urge you to retain an experienced NJ DUI attorney who has access to experts who can opine on this case. Our office has years of experience handling NJ DUI matters, both as a defense lawyer and prosecutor.
