Will the judge take away my New jersey drivers licence while the case is still being tried If I please guilty to duai in new york will this affect my licence in new jersey

Are you saying you have a dui in New Jersey, too. If you plead guilty to duai in New York the Motor Vehicles in New Jersey will eventually also suspend you license. If you also have a dwi pending in New Jersey a guilty plea or conviction for dui in New Jersey, now, would be at least a second dui offense if you have plead guilty to driving impaired by alcohol in New York.
