DUI.....Prescribed Xanax
Can I lose my license if I am prescribed by a doctor to take this medicine...I was pulled over & made to take a urine test..Also I hit a parked car 7 didn't realize it. I recieved a ticket for careless driving /DUI/leaving the scene of an accident

Yes you can lose your license if the prescription medicine impaired your driving ability. The three charges you have are all very serious, and at least two of them can result in you losing your license. The question is whether the Xanax impaired your ability to drive. You need to speak with an attorney who has considerable experience handling drunk driving cases because you could lose your drivers license. I am such an attorney.
