DWI under 21

if you are under 21 and get arrested for DWI but your BAC 0.00%. what should i get charged for?

Nothing, assuming the DWI as for alcohol of course. Also assuming no alcohol in car. If you actually have that type of case, it sounds like you have a winner on your hands. However, I still suggest you get a good attorney.
