I had my case stayed from a DWI violation that occured on July 4th, 2007. My reading was .08, do I have a chance of keeping my license?

Re: Dwi

Yes. There is a possibility of keeping your license assuming this is a first offense for you. Your prior guilty plea, which was stayed, must be vacated first. If you do not have an experienced NJ DWI attorney at this point you should retain one now.

Re: Dwi

You do have a chance of dismissal based on the calculation of the Alcotest 7110's margin of error which is now required.

Re: Dwi

Yes, but you'll need an attorney that isn't going to take your money just to help you enter into a bad plea. I assume you have an attorney already so I suggest you call him or her.
