Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

My daughter received a dwi in the year of 2006. At that time we had a lawyer and paid him $700.00 to appear in court to represent her. There was a stay due to the chun stay. She now has to appear in june of 2008. Is he still obligated to represent her with no added fees?

I agree with Mr. Moore. $700 is crazy. Your lucky he showed up the first time! You probably paid $700 to have someone sit next to her. She could have put that money towards her fines.
