dwi in pennsylvania

does a first offense underage dwi mean a loss of license in pa (where i am a college student) and also in nj where i live? the dwi occured in pa.

If you are an nj licensed driver, and your nj license is suspended, you cannot drive in PA. If you are a PA licensed driver and your nj privileges are suspended, you can still drive in PA as that license will not be affected.
