The Casino Control law dealing with underage gambling specifically states that the person convicted of underage gambling will lose his driver's license for six months upon conviction. It does not provide for any community service option in lieu of a license suspension. I would need more information about the full details of this case before I could tell you what the possibility of winning the case at trial. I go to the Atlantic City Municipal Court frequently (I was just in court there two days ago), and I know that they are not allowed to plea bargain underage gambling cases.
