What's Next

Anyone have any idea about the timing of cases coming off of the Chun decision? I called my court and they said they had no idea? Also, can anyone lead me to something that says clearly you must be observed for 20 continuous minutes prior to being administered a breathalyzer test?

The twenty minute requirement is from the dwi case law preexisting Chun.

It is going to be up to each Court. The 20-minute observation requirement is outlined by the Supreme Court in their decision.
