You can keep your license if you are found not guilty. I would suggest that you call me to discuss the facts of your case.
Call me if you like.

The only way to save your license is to take the case to trial and win it, or if there is some problem with the way the police handled your case there may be a possibility to get your case dismissed on motion. The state will not voluntarily dismiss the charge against you. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey In the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me at your convenience. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

There can be some defenses to DWIs. The police havd to follow certain procedures and the State has to provide you with their proofs. Also, the method in which your sample was taken is relevant. I prosecuted for over ten years in Municipal COurt and handled a multitude of these cases. I am Mercer County and would be happy to talk to you about your case.
