what kind of sentence can you get in the state of new jersey if your a second time offender for dui and careless driving and you are currently on probation for the same charges

Why are you on probation for DUI? That doesn't make much sense. Regardless, a 2nd time DUI offense is as follows:

30 days community service

48 hours to 90 days in jail

2 years suspension of DL

Among other fines and penalites.

The careless driving should merge.

A second offense for dui or dwi in New Jersey is not normally a jail sentence, but if you were still suspended for a dwi in New Jersey you face a jail sentence.
