Can New Jersey also penalize you

If I have two DUI's in New Jersey and

recently get one in New York, can New

Jersey charge me with a third DUI

Are you asking about three pending dui

cases? If you are asking about the consequence of a New York dui conviction when you already have two New Jersey dui convictions and are a New Jersey driver the answer is that New Jersey might take your New Jersey license for ten years.
