I lost my license in 1978 for dui. moved to ca., then or.,fl and back to nj. i applied for my license and these charges are showing up and they won't give me a license.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SURRENDER MY FL LICENSE TO GET A NJ LICENSE
