How much is a loud party fine in nj? or if anyother state please write state. what happens if a person pleads not guilty? what kinds of reason can a person give in order to plea not guilty? Will a person need a lawyer or is it optional if he or she pleads not guilty? How much will a lawyer cost?

will the judge ask about age for a loud party? what happens if there were underage drinking? can the judge add extra fines? if yes how much will these fines cost?

The police and the prosecutor files charges. The judge only presides over hearings and trials and makes determinations as to what is presented the judge. Just worry about the charge you have. Secondly, the fine depends on the law that is cited in the complaint. what happens if a person pleads not guilty? � the prosecutor must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you violated the ordinance

what kinds of reason can a person give in order to plea not guilty? � you don�t have to give any reason. Just need to say �not guilty� when the judge asks for the plea.

Will a person need a lawyer or is it optional if he or she pleads not guilty? � you are not required to retain an attorney.

How much will a lawyer cost? � it is largely dependent on the amount of time necessary he/she must spend on the case.

will the judge ask about age for a loud party? � the judge will not, but the prosecutor may (if this is one of the charges)

what happens if there were underage drinking? � the consequences depend on what is alleged in the complaint. If underage drinking is in there, then serious repercussions may follow.

can the judge add extra fines? � the fines for any given violation are set by statute

if yes how much will these fines cost? � the statute generally give judges some discretion (a min/max)
